General Questions
How do I send an email to all club members?
- Send the email to pcc@pccvettes.org. Emails to this address go ONLY to the PCC Email Administrator and the PCC VP.
- The PCC Email Administrator will review your email and forward it to all PCC club members via the Mailchimp application. The PCC Email Admin will forward your email to the club within 24-48 hours. Please indicate if the email needs to go out immediately.
- Please indicate on your email who should be contacted (phone and/or email) if any questions about the email.
- Do not hit “Reply” or “Reply All” to any emails from pcc@pccvettes.org.
- Effective 12/6/24, members@pccvettes.org is invalid.
How do I stop club emails from going to spam?
1. Add Contacts to Your Address Book
- Open an email from a sender you want to receive emails from.
- Find the sender’s email address.
- Look for an option like “Add to Contacts” or “Add to Address Book” and click it
This tells your email provider that you trust this sender.
2. Move Emails from Spam to Inbox
- Check your Spam or Junk folder regularly.
- If you find an email that shouldn’t be there, open it.
- Look for a “Not Spam” or “Move to Inbox” button and click it.
- This helps your email provider learn which emails are important to you.
3. Check Your Email Regularly
- Regularly checking your inbox and spam folder can help you catch important emails that might have been marked as spam by mistake.

How do I get an event on the PCC Calendar?
- Send an email to the PCC Vice President proposing the idea and the date.
- If the VP approves the event and date, prepare an Adobe PDF file with all the pertinent information. See prior PCC events for a sample.
- Send an email to the VP with the following information. Each event host MUST include the following info in the body of their email:
- Date of the event
- Name of the event
- If there is a caravan to the event, where the meet up spot is located (include address if it’s a new place)
- The meet up (or doors open) time
- A PDF version of the flyer (NOT a word doc).
- Is RSVP required? If yes, please encourage use of the RSVP button on the PCC calendar event.
The VP will work with the PCC Website Content Administrator to add the event to the PCC Calendar.
How do I get added to the PCC Facebook page?
- PCC has a Closed, Private Group page on Facebook. It’s perfect for sharing pictures, memes, comments, and other informal posts. Plus, messages are sent instantly!
- You are highly encouraged to sign up for the PCC Facebook page. There is a LOT of great content there and a great way to easily interact with many club members.
- It can not be found in a search and anything that is posted to the group page can only be seen by members of the group.
- You must have a profile on Facebook to join. Membership in the group page is available by invitation only.
- Send email to pcc@pccvettes.org to request a link to join the PCC Facebook Group Page. Then follow instructions on the email you receive.
